The Taipei City Motor Vehicles Office has been awarded first place in the Highway Supervision and Transportation Service Competition, Motor Vehicles Office. Director Chen Wen-rui of the Highway Bureau personally attended the Taipei City Motor Vehicles Office to conduct the award ceremony for the "Outstanding Motor Vehicles Office" and acknowledged the efforts and contributions made by the office.
Director Chen Wen-rui of the Highway Bureau stated that over the past year, the Taipei City Motor Vehicles Office has been ranked first nationwide in various aspects. These include promoting fuel fee services, improving collection performance, increasing rates of automatic bill payment and electronic payment, facilitating license plate issuance, optimizing plate selection operations, improving plate cancellation recovery rates, and maintaining excellent service attitudes at service windows, etc. Additionally, it is praiseworthy that the office has actively responded to public demands, harnessing technology for innovative development of convenient services, and continuously improving related supervision services.
