1.Can I apply for a penalty reduction for not receiving a ticket because I do not live at the registered household address?

It is possible that a license plate may entry error by the original traffic violation unit when entering the data of a vehicle violating relevant traffic rules. It is also a possibility in an illegal parking towing case. You can petition the MVO, and the case will be withdrawn if it is proven that a license plate entry error or an illegal parking towing case was made.

2.If the vehicle is unused, will it constitute an offence of the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act?
  1. First, contact the MVO to double-check the ticket delivery date and condition.
  2. If you were not practically living at the registered household address before the delivery date, please submit evidence (e.g., a lease, water or electricity bills, other payment notices) to appeal to the MVO.
