The 2024 Spring Operating Vehicle Fuel Fee has already been collected, with the payment period running from March 1 to March 31. The Taipei City Motor Vehicles Office, Highway Bureau, MOTC, reminds all owners of operating vehicles to pay promptly to avoid penalties.

The office states that there are multiple channels for paying the fuel fee. Vehicle owners can present the payment notice to financial institutions, post offices, or convenience stores for counter payment. Alternatively, it is also convenient and swift to make payment through telephone voice prompts or online transfers via the Motor Vehicle Driver Information Service website.

For operating vehicle owners who haven't received the payment notice, they can inquire at the nearest motor vehicles office or use the "Motor Vehicle Driver Information Service website" for online queries. Additionally, they can visit multimedia devices set up at convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, OK Mart, or Hi-Life for inquiries, reprinting notices, and payment options.

The office also encourages vehicle owners to apply for electronic bills or set up automatic quarterly transfers from their current accounts to pay the fuel fee. This way, they don't have to worry about not receiving payment notices or forgetting to pay, thus avoiding penalties. It's a time-saving and convenient solution.
